“We really enjoyed our stay.”
The restaurant's dinner and breakfast were great. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Staff was very attentive and proffesional. We would gladly stay again.

“A complete trainwreck, avoid at any cost”
Focusing on the positive, the hotel is conveniently placed at the entrance of Tocancipa, near the Autopista Norte. The Popart theme is very kitsch, but could do the job and is rather consistent. Some of the staff were nice and the hotel was rather clean. The breakfast was ok, but far from great. Wifi is good. It was one of the reason for our stay upon reading other comments so yes, wifi is good...

“Good enough - reception/manager needs more training”

Breakfast are very poor. They did not show all menu such as eggs. Also, cereal options were almost none They offered me a double bed room, however it was two individual beds together which as you can imagine was really uncomfortable

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was quite good. The decoration of the hotel is very nice.

“Great!”
Everybody was so helpful and nice. We loved the staff in the entrance, the spa masseuse and everybody really. The guys in the kitchen got us plates and a pan to be able to cook, they were really kind and useful.
