“Excellent comfortable stay”
Perfect location, everything is in walking distance. Beautiful lake view. New balcony with chairs, excellent relax. Yes, there is renovation, but our "side or wing" was quiet, perfectly clean, easy to access and enjoy. Clean bathroom with towels, clean king size bed, small fridge and microwave

We arrived the hotel about 7:30pm and it was totally dark. There's only little lights on the second floor. The doors were locked. Noone was at reception. The parking lot was empty. We tried to call the hotel for 3 times but noone answered. We worried about our safety. So we walked in another hotel.

“Quite happy...”
Location was good, place is quiet and close to the bay. Mr Hassan the Manager was friendly and easy to talk to. He was accommodating in the sense that he was there to answer our queries by call &/or text msgs even b4 check-in.. The room doesnt have enough storage. There was microwave which was very handy and of good use to us. The washroom, room and bedlinens were generally clean. Overall I'd rate it 7/10.

“Don't judge a book by it's cover!!! (Late June 2022)”
When we first drove up, we were worried of the state of the outside of the building. However, the Manager was very friendly with us and checked in on us during our stay. Our hotel room was great, clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great! At first, I thought the location was far from downtown, but after spending a week on the hotel and walking into town (10 minute walk), it was just the right location for us. At first we didn't know if the hotel had water access, however it did and we were able to take our paddle boards, right from the hotel. I will for sure stay here again.

Property is undergoing renovations we were told about it , we still decided to stay , overall very good experience, Hasan property manager was excellent in customer service , once property is fully renovated it will provide much more value and comfort

“MOST HORRIBLE PLACE POSSIBLE IN TOBERMORY. ITS BASICALLY A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK HERE.”
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM TO TAKE MONEY. DO NOT MAKE A BOOKING HERE. As we came in to check-in into your hotel late in the evening of 15th October, we had a terrible experience which I think I need to narrate in some detail. We reached near the hotel premises at around eight in the evening and it was absolutely dark and other than some construction site at the location given, there was no visible sign of a hotel in which we were supposed to stay. There was no signage indicating the stated hotel. So we passed ahead and kept on looking for the hotel in which we were supposed to be staying for the night. Just as we had passed about 50 m ahead , in pitch darkness, we were accosted by two young lads, one in a motorbike and the other making weird actions in front of the car and obstructing our path. It was a harrowing incident and since I was with my wife and two children and we had to face a very difficult situation. Somehow we managed to speed away with the car to escape these two hooligans [CONTD...]

“Tobermory out of season”
The room was a good size, it was cold when I got there but the heater was very good and quickly warmed it up. There is no one permanently at the front desk, but after a call Hassan turned up and was very friendly and helpful.
