The staff were very warm and friendly. Owner was very kind and helpful. Enjoyed the quiet and peace away from busy city life. The river flowing close to the property makes it very serene!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! The owner took care of us with such kindness and attention that it’s something you rarely experience these days. Right from the beginning, he recommended local specialties, which turned out to be absolutely fantastic – the food was fresh, delicious, and truly unforgettable. What impressed us the most, however, was his willingness to help far beyond normal expectations. He suggested beautiful places for trips that we would have never found on our own. And when it was time for us to leave, he not only showed us the best way to reach our next destination but even arranged everything – he connected us with a local bus driver and taxi service, so we traveled stress-free and comfortably. We felt like truly welcomed guests, not just customers. Thanks to that, we are leaving with not only wonderful memories but also the feeling that we’ve experienced genuine local hospitality. We can only highly recommend this hotel – especially its amazing owner!

“I can’t wait to visit again and enjoy the peace of mind and body that those place offers!”
It was my first time visiting this place and I was fascinated by the location, hospitality and amazing food. By the time we arrived, out accomodation was ready and the room was super clean and spotless. Even the bathroom was very high standard considering that we were in the middle of the mountains all the conditions were just as the same as idowntown. We enjoyed a walk around the place and I can tell you that the view is spectacular, you have amazing nature with lots of vegetation and river passing by which makes it even more picturesque and romantic. Even though it was about 22:00 the restaurant was still functional serving the best food with fresh ingredients ehich I enjoyed to the max and was really impressed. The next morning we woke up feeling very relaxed by the quiet atmosphere and comfortable beds. Breakfast was included and let me tell you that it was the best Albanian breakfast ever with fresh ingridents including the feta cheese, milk, eggs, honey, butter, jam all combined that tasted amazinggggg. I really highly recommend this place for couples, families who want to enjoy nature, fresh air and also who want to stay away from this heat of summer!

“Amazing stay”
Our stay in Lugina e Shengjergjit was wonderful! Our room was very tidy, comfortable and clean. The resort was beautiful and the host and staff were super friendly and helpful. The host gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and really enriched our stay! We highly recommend this place! P.s. The host’s wife is a great cook:)

“I will come back for the nature and fresh air there”
The rooms was lovely, very cute. Great outside spaces to sit with a lovely view in mountains. And the lakes around there were amazing. Room was a nice size very comfy bed, and very clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendlie and check in was quick and easy. The price is excellent and we had a great stay
