“Quiet place”
Newly built and well-equipped property in a very nice place. Especially good for all who want to explore Istria in a short time. It is located in the middle of the peninsula, so it is fast and easy to reach any place. Spectacular mountain view from the balcony. Really popular local tavern in walking distance. The apartment was so clean that we were afraid to let a drop of water fall on the floor :) Very nice and caring hosts.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and communication was very clear. The studio was recently renovated and is pristine, the nicest and cleanest place we've been to. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed (keep in mind there is no microwave). The studio is quite big and you have a lot of storage space. The balcony with the view of Kringa is the cherry on the sundae! The place was right in the middle of Istria, which was perfect for our 3 day trip exploring the nearby cities. We would recommend Studio Lavanda to anyone that wants to visit Istria.
