staff was very friendly and helpful and tried to resolve an issue with our stay (see below) - we were moved to a different room for our second night.

“Excellent”
The location is excellent and the room very comfortable with a big bed. We had lovely views to the mountains as well as a little verandah with chairs. The staff are very helpful and even opened the restaurant early for us to have dinner early since we had not had lunch in arrival. The dinner was mostly excellent

“Great staying Tilcara”
Although maybe a little older, hotel is very clean and carefully maintained. Staff was very nice and provided us detailed tips what to do, etc.

We absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we found the staff really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel and the room was great and felt very connected to the area. It's very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful pool and views across to the mountains. It was a pleasant surprise and exceeded our expectations. Dinner and drinks were great too - we had thought of exploring but ended up just settling in and had a great evening. Highly recommended especially at the price.

“Beautiful hotel with a stunning view!”
very beautiful place with a lot of lovely little details (welcome drink, anti-mosquito tabs for the room etc.) We stayed for two nights and we really enjoyed it. The stuff is super lovely and they went above and beyond to make us have a great stay.

“Fantastic”
It is probably the best hotel in Tilcara. Everything was as advertised in Booking.com. We stayed in the suite which is actually like a small apartment, very comfortable and clean.
