“Excellent location, fabulous facilities and phenomenal staff! We definitely come back!”
Staff were extremely helpful, polite and proactive. In particular, JoJo the manager was fantastic, she made sure we had a good table with a view for breakfast every morning, got us provisions for our long journey back to the airport on our final day and was always available for help at any time. The ski room is second to none, helpful staff and being able to walk straight onto the slopes with our skis laid out in the morning and brought back in at end of the day was an added treat. Spa was lovely and rooms very spacious and cleaned daily. Can’t fault the place!

The position was just perfect for both accèss to the slopes and also for heading down to the village to the many restaurants available. It was extremely comfortable - the ski room was superbly run, amazing to have ones ski boots taken and warmed overnight, handed back the next morning and ones ski’s waiting on the slopes outside for you! Everyone was really helpful, especially Hugo who was willing and able to help us with any requests we made. The spa was lovely, and our treatments were so welcome after a long day skiing.

Felt first class from start to finish. Ski room and ski in and out super convenient. Spa was amazing and if you go early enough in the afternoon you will have it to yourself.

Location is very good. Ski in ski out very convenient. When I spoke to management they did at least listen and know they need to improve! Ski room girls are great and very friendly.

“Stunning ski hotel in Tignes Le Lac”
Beautiful new hotel with excellent rooms and amenities. The hotel is ski in ski out with a brilliant ski valet and on site rental service. We used other facilities such as the heated pool steam room and bar frequently and found them to be super clean and useful after a long day in the snow. Our room was a brilliant size with large bathroom and majestic mountain/ village view. The breakfast was also fantastic Excellent location within 2 minute walk to the shuttle bus to access other villages or a 5 minute walk to dinner Highly recommend

The receptionists were very accommodating. Jojo was great at breakfast and the girl at the boot room were so amazing! Clean nice sized room in a great location.

“A great stay at the Diamond rock thanks to the outstanding service.”
We had a great stay at the Diamond Rock. The two things that really stood out were the service in the ski room and the quality of the breakfast. You may think this is a given for a hotel in one of the best ski resorts of the world, it is not. The two women taking care of the entire family for fetching the skis, the boots and always with a good mood and a smile made our stay a delight.

Fantastic ski in ski out location! Staff were incredibly helpful and having your skis placed on the slope ready to go is a nice touch. Rooms were good, they were clear with only minor wear and tear. Pool and spa area in nice with the games room.

Beautiful and modern hotel well located in Tignes. All the staff were fantastic and the ski service was excellent. The car valet service was excellent too. I would love to come back and stay there again!
