“Not as expected”
The overall apartment layout was good and central location to the resort. Very close to the tufs lift and easy access to the bolin lift

our reservation was for a property with max 8 beds in 3 rooms with liners and towels, while the one that we ended up was with one bedroom without liners and towels (it is understandable that after such an exhausting trip we couldn’t even take a shower or wash our hands with soap that may cause hygiene issues) not to mention the issues faced in sleeping continuously, REM sleep etc. In addition to the above critical issues it should also been taken into account that the very reason of our trip which was to ski in the beautiful tignes and val d’ isere slops was delayed for more than half a ski day given that we needed to proceed in all the know re-arrangements and finally finally check-in our booked property. It is rather understandable that the level of emotional distress and uncertainty during that night were very high because of your mismanagement is not claimed here but it is kindly asked and to accept and approve the full day compensation
