Xenos Villa is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay on Kos Island. The villa is very clean and well-equipped, with four spacious bedrooms and a beautiful private pool. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Our host was fantastic — always available to help with anything we needed, from restaurant recommendations to arranging transport. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommend this villa for families or groups!

“Lovely Villa in an abosultely fantastic location on the beautiful island of Kos”
Villa was spacious with lovely pool area and a brilliant location with views of sea and mountains in a quiet location, but just 15 min walk into heart of Tigaki Resort. Hosts were fantastic, Nicholas and Katerina were lovely and made our family welcome in their villa.

“Very Welcome Beautiful Villa. We will be back.”
We felt very welcome. There was a welcome basket with drinks and food. The villa is beautiful and much larger than expected. it is very bright and the rooms are very comfortable. Everything is really there that is needed. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the sea and just 10 minutes to the village. Also the local supermarket is only a 15 minute walk away. The hosts fulfilled our every wish and also took care of a taxi service from the airport. There were seven of us. The pool is clean and cleaned regularly. There is enough shade in the garden. the view from the many balconies and terraces is fantastic.

Our second time of staying at Xenos Villas. The hosts were great and once again really accommodating. The rooms were spacious and the living area was nice and big with plenty of outdoor seating areas and the private pool was very relaxing. A great stay once again and we will be back.
