I liked the parking service. Many people here complain about it, but I actually liked it a lot. I liked the food service in the bar, although they did put butter cubes on my cheese platter which didn't come with bread or crackers, so that was extremely weird. But the food was fresh and fairly priced, the portions are huge.

The rooms are comfortable, the view from the balconies alone are incredible enough to justify staying here. The staff were very nice.

The hotel is very nice. The room was very cozy, clean and comfy, with a stunning view onto Kineret and Golan Heights. The food is great and very tasty, with a kinda great selection of dishes both for dinner and breakfast. The pool is clean, with separate sections for kids and adults. The hotel staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. A special thanks for cute presents and a sweet compliment from the hotel 😊 We've enjoyed our stay a lot, and will definitely come back for a longer time in the future.

“Had an excellent time, enjoying the city and Archeological sites neaby and the Hotel comfort.”
This is our 4th stay at this Hotel. We love floor 7 or 8 th floor. The view is spectacular, Beautiful views throughout the large lobby. Wonderful staff, very clean. Always helpful.
