Very spacious apartment with everything you need! Mariola offered us several good tips to get to the best spots in Lanzarote. Rex was good company for us!

Highly recommended accomodation with very interesting set-up. Maybe in style and inspiration of Cesar Manrique, the Lanzarote artist and designer :-) everything needed for pleasant stay included (also with a terrace grill) and perfectly located for exploring the entire island. Rex, the dog is an absolute sweetheart and the host was also very nice, ready to help with anything.

The location is perfect, very quiet in the middle of the island, everywhere is close. The accommodation is very comfortable, the equipment is new and clean. The owner was very nice to us and helpful

“Artisan apartment in the heart of Tías”

Beautiful property, perfect for solo travellers or couples wanting some peace & quiet - I fell in love with the apartment! There were stairs from the apartment that led directly up to the sun terrace and pool which was ideal. Mariola was a great host, was quick to resolve any issues and made me feel very welcome 😊

Mariola's property is beautiful, it's the epitome of peaceful quiet tranquillity. The apartment has everything you need, really well equipped kitchen, bathroom and living space, she has really thought of everything. The outside space is just as lovely as the inside of the apartment and the pool was wonderful. We spent our afternoons relaxing on the sun loungers soaking up the sunshine!

Mariola is an amazing host. She had welcome local beers & local chips ready for us. She gave us a lot of tips about where to eat and what to do around Lanzarote. The apartament is very spacious and very clean it has everything you need to feel confortable as if you were at home. It even had beach towels and scuba masks for trips to the beach. The apartment is ideally located to walk into the centre of TIAS in 5 - 8 minutes and visit Casa Saramago. Thank you

“Beautiful apartment”

The apartment is spacious and really beautiful, tastefully decorated, with a lot of art, unique in its design, built around an old well. It is really relaxing to be in a such a space. There is basic kitchen equipment and a small stove (though with all the temptations out in Lanzarote one doesn't cook very much at home :-) ). And there are welcome accessories such as kettle, coffee machine, etc., as well complimentary tea bags and a welcome snack when you arrive. You can use a large shared outside area, and also your little private one. Towels for the (tiny) swimming pool and for the seaside are provided. The apartment is strategically located in the middle of the island, in the village of Tias a few Km away (and up) from the coast, which is a oasis of peace compared to the coastal tourist spots which can be infernal if you don't choose carefully...From here, you can reach basically any point in the island with a relatively short drive. Mariola is a very good host, excellent at communication and advice, but leaving you all the privacy you want. And Rex the dog is a sweetie :-)

“Amazing traditional style apartment”

Beautiful traditional style apartment with excellent modern facilities. Mariola is an excellent host who is available if you need anything and leaves you in privacy to enjoy your holiday. Rex, the dog is the Star of the show who visits you every day on the steps for strokes and cuddles. We visit Lanzarote several times a year, and this is the best place we've stayed.We will definitely be back.
