Jose was very helpful kind host .A superb location for exploring Lanzarote by car i walked everywhere though .Plenty of local buses to explore locally .Spectacular views from Tias a very peaceful friendly clean small village .The pool set in an e closed patio area ,big enough for 2 adults was icy cold very clean ,a fantastic way to start the day bars restauarants around the corner and a hypermarket all on the main street .Weather was very oleasant wth a constant cool breeze which becomes noisy at night .No insects to speak of there are no cooking facilities at the apartment but all the hot food you could require is available on the main sreet Tapas Burgers Kebabs Chicken Chinese etc.Food like in most places is now expensive nearly double UK prices.A wonderful place to relax i would strongly recommend.John Sugden Yorkshire

Excellent location (8 mins drive from airport, centrally located to access all key attractions, supermarket 10 mins walk / 5 mins drive away...although the town nowhere near as 'cute' as Puerto del Carmen, Playa Blanca or Teguise) Free parking right in front of the property Friendly and responsive host Spacious traditional (but bear in my, very old - from 1908 - house), with spacious rooms and bathrooms + nice open-air atrium in the middle

There was a man really waiting for us. You have a section in the fridge with a bottle of water and towels in the room.. In addition the man advises you on the places you should visit. Parking in front of the house. In the end, I was happy to deal with him and in the room, thank you. It gives you the internet password too

“Perfect in every way”

I booked here hoping to get out of the main hustle and bustle of the island I was not disappointed the location was perfect the villa was amazing clean well taken care of and perfect it was right next to the super market right next to great food that wasn’t priced at a tourist rate only a few quid to travel down to the main part of the island (Puerto del carmen) also near a bank that I used to change money while I was over there was less then a 5 minute walk I can’t speak highly enough of how amazing and accommodating and helpful the hosts was I’ve never been to Lanzerote and I speak nothing but English the host has perfect English and an amazing attitude and care for us as tourists he goes well above and beyond to take care of your every need and give all the best advice to enjoy your holiday the pool was so clean had jacuzzi jets and wasn’t in view of loads of rooms or hotels so you could fully relax

The location was excellent—just a 10-minute ride from Arrecife—and ideal for exploring the island. Tías itself had supermarkets and charming restaurants, making it a great base.

Very nice casa, quiet rooms and a small garden with a swimming pool which we didn't use as we arrived late. Very high ceilings give you so much space. Kitchen with everything needed including a coffee machine and clear water.
