Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Staff were friendly. Room was nice and clean.

Phone charger connections for each bed. Comfortable beds and clean looking sheets. Room had updated look.

When I booked the room on line,I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. I was not, and was on a booking rooms site of some kind. As a result I believe I did not get the best price nor accurate information. Since the display lead me to think that I was on the hotel site and was not is misleading advertising. I feel was cheated. Other than that the place was rather dirty especially the floors, the WI-FI was spotty and the door cards had to be reprogrammed regularly.

We checked out a day early, late in the afternoon, we did so to get ahead of the snowstorm. I did not ask for a refund, the desk clerk gave me a full day refund which I thanked him for. It was not expected and was a fantastic gesture. We will stay there again.

Clean rooms beds were uncomfortable

-breakfast could’ve had more variety. -The last night stay which was a different room. The air conditioning was extremely noisy. -Laundry room was convenient -pool / hot tub was nice

The front office was excellent the staff assisted and address any concerns I had like the tv or needing a cab, very professional and always addressed the concern in a timely manner with a smile.

Unfortunately nothing, it was very nice hotel but it seem something changed . Anyhow , this time was bad experience.

We love the environment here. Always clean and staff is welcoming. Great location and jacuzzi suite is very comfortable and relaxing

We were traveling from Calgary to temiscaming. We got in around 3:00am and Booker an extra night to rest up for the last leg of our trip. Even with all the people checking in and out, as well as house keeping cleaning rooms it was quite in the room and we slept well.

“Not worth what was paid”

Breakfast was okay, I do preferred brand name cereal over no name brand! Muffins or Danish would also be a better choice. I'm not a favorite of thick cut bread! Coffee was very good!
