“Double charged”
Used booking.com and hotel did not get reservation. Paid hotel directly and manager said he would make sure I wasn't double charged. After many phone calls, and almost a month later, I never got my money back. Booking.com charged no show fee and I stayed there!!

“Y'all are all thieves. Customer service does not exist.”
The owner is a thief between him priceline.com and booking.com, they double charged me and are refusing to issue a refund. Customer service does not exist.
