“It's cheap at least.”
The microwave was so old, and wasn't working. The coffee machine was dirt, as the carpet.

“I will stay at a different hotel on my next visit to the town.”
The inn is situated in a convenient location for my purpose of attending Christmas activities in town. The staff was helpful.
