“Fabulous”
The hotel was excellent. The staff could not do enough to make us feel at home. Everything was perfect. We spent both Christmas and New Year’s Eve at the hotel and the staff went out of their way to help us celebrate both occasions. I have spent many many years travelling , the experience at Tis hotel was one of the most memorable. Thank you to all the staff

“Great hotel to stay in Thimphu.”
Spacious and clean bedroom, comfy bed, great view from the balcony. Everything was great. I went to the spa and the service was very good, I recommend to go there after a long day of visiting the city.

Why does the Hotel Charge 3% extra on Card Transactions ? This is not mentioned in booking.com and this is something that should be looked at when the Hotel does its listing

“Great stay”

The staff can’t speak English. They wrongly informed me that breakfast was included in the room tariff and at checkout they charged me for the breakfast.

Everything! Staff were professional, the hotel itself is modern tone yet got local art details, welcoming reception waiting area, great hospitality to bring welcome tea also for my local guides really warms my heart, cozy dinning area, and spacious spotless clean bathroom and room with the beautiful view of balcony. Easily can spend a few nights just on retreat mode. The staff were all so attentive and helpful to provide the best experience for their guests through communication.
