Our dog was welcome here, which was great as we didn’t find any other dog-friendly places in the area. The room was spotless and the welcome was really friendly.

“disappointed”
We arrvied the hotel late because traffic jam, unfortunately ALL doors were closed and noboby picked up the phone for more than half hour without informaing us in advance. We(inluding my mum who 83 years old and my daughter who 12 years old) have to stay a very dark and strange place to call booking service and look for another hotel for one hour till 22:30. Finally we went another hotel but it is a pity the payment 188 can not refunded. After communicating with booking, the hotel agreed to refund 68 to us, but it is a pity we still did not receive the refund of 68 until today for 3 months( from early July to early October) . We are disappointed because We have never encountered this situation before in our hotel career.
