The family are lovely and offered us coffee on arrival. The location is good for the church and for the walk to the waterfall. There are lots of places to sit and enjoy the views.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, our room was very clean and had a great view, and the breakfast every day was very fresh and very generous portion sizes. This hotel is also in a great location for hiking. Overall my friends and I had a great stay and we would recommend this hotel!

“New, good, recommended”

A good new apartment house in the southern part of Theth. With beautiful views and is located in a chilly area. The breakfast was simple but superb and our host Ardit is really a very nice person. The beds were cosy, the window shutters work well, so we slept well in a big, clean 4-bed room. Some smaller rooms face a poultry yard with some roosters, so bringing earplugs is a good idea. It is close to the Grunas waterfall. The village "center" is 15 minutes away. We were not hunting for the cheapest place to stay this one is really a category above.

Brand new, sparkling clean and super cozy! What really makes this place special are the people. The owners and staff welcome you with genuine warmth and treat you like part of their family. You don’t just feel like a guest here – you feel completely at home. The food deserves a special mention: not only were the breakfasts fresh and tasty , but in the evenings we were treated to fantastic home-cooked dinners prepared with so much love. Every meal felt like a celebration of local flavors! The location is excellent too – peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet very convenient for visiting all the highlights of Theth. Whether you’re heading to the Blue Eye, Grunas Waterfall, or just taking a stroll to the nearby church, everything is close by. Thanks a lot!!

Room very clean and everything still very new. Tasty breakfast with slight variations from day to day including fried eggs, bread, marmalade, tea, coffee, vegetables and some fruit and not to forget the view at the mountains. We were always offered cool water to refill as the tape water is drinkable. But they also offer the option to buy beverages at a reasonable price. The apartment is a little walking from the “center”, but we preferred the location. The famous church is just around the corner and some restaurants. The best swimming options are close as this end of Theth connects with the path to the waterfall. Staff was very friendly and solving any requests we had.
