Breakfast included was great! Very tasty. Accommodating place and helped us get to bus station because the place is higher up.

We really liked location of this accommodation as it is on the southeast end of Theth village, close to the church and Grunas waterfall. It was also very quiet, unless you have noisy neighbours as the walls are pretty thin. The road to the accommodation is a bit tricky but well signed so you can't miss it. Also, there is big parking lot so no problem with parking.

Very “cold” staff. We did not have water even though the staff new we went hiking and came back No ac nor fridge in the room. No table where to put phones. Only beds. Would not come back. Bed experience.

breakfast is good and a lot. the owner is kind , the food is delicious, especially the spaghetti. the house has a garden, on the other part there is a horse and hens, very pleasant environment

Loved the stay. Everything was new, clean and tidy. Away from the main tourist crowds. Great dinner. You can see they really take care about the property.

Great views, friendly staff, and a good breakfast each morning. Ideal to walk to nearby waterfall and about 25 mins walk from end of Valbona to theth hike.

I think it is a little bit overpriced compared what it provides. In the room there were 3 beds, so maybe the price was for 3 persons, and so it is ok. They should introduce different prices according to the number of the guests. Would have been useful to have nightstands next to the beds. They cook really well, the dinner was delicious. The breakfast is continental, the first day was perfect, the second day we had to ask for 2 more slices of bread, we got only 2, one for each person. And if you are hiking the whole day that is not enough... But all-in-all: the location is perfect, great view on the mountains, in the evening and the night silence, 15-20 minutes walk from the center of Theth. Hopegfully in a short time they will make it even better with these small, but necessary things.
