“Very mediocre”
Fire alarm at 6:30 ,in the morning. Fire evacuation instructions in the room are in french only. There are no clear instructions on where to exit the building and the muster location. These are basic legal requirements for guests safety. No explanation at front desk other than a Fire in the kitchen. Rooms are minimally furnished....large suite was very bare.

We arrived around 5 and checked in and was given our room. When we arrived to our room it was not done. It was kind of degusting to see the bed!

“Very Bad Experience”
First thing entering the room, a foul smell of depilatory cream. The shower shampoo and conditionner was the cheapest quality possible, did not foam at all and did not wash much. Then I inspected the pillows only to find they were dirty, had hairs that did not belong to us on them, and also a spot of what looked like sexual body liquids... Very nasty. Then at night was the worst hotel sleeping experience of my life. We removed 2 of the filthy pillows and although the rest of them were okay and comfy, thebmattress was hard and I felt pain trying to sleep... and to top it all, at 4 AM, some genius that should be fired decided it was the best time for the snowing removal trucks to do their extremely noise parking cleaning and they finished around 5:30 AM. In short I couldn't sleep all night. But it didn't end there... on top of having FULLY prepaid the stay on Booking.com, they decided to charge us an extra ammount, because the price had changed in the meantime from 116$ to 119$ per night. It wasn't much, but it was the insult added to injury after all I experienced, and I'm pretty sure it's illegal to change price after it has been fully prepaid. Also the day we left, the elevator smelled so foul, my wife and I had to hold our breath all the time being inside...

Very nice location, peaceful with trees and some scenery in surrounding area. It is not too close to downtown and noise but short drive there if you need anything. Shower was awesome! Very comfortable roomy accommodation.
