the location is perfect, very center. You can get anywhere by the tram which is just in front of the hotel. The only problem is that the basement floor was too close to the tram line, which makes it really noisy at night. But the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean, so it's worth the price in general.

I liked that it was very private(pod), although that is not what was advertised.

Guest in Hampton room slammed doors many times during my stay (next to Black&White room where I stayed). Kitchen is not clean, there was bowl with food leftover (not covered), left on the kitchen table next to cooker. Fridge is too crammed and no space to put things. Safety box does not work.

Great location, easily walkable from both train stations. Relaxed street besides the tram. Very good community in the room, the place is neat and clean. The bathroom was practical and clean.

“Decent budget option”

Lovely staff, very helpful though a bit unfamiliar with the city itself. Brilliant location, less than a 100m from the city centre. Facilities were decent, loved the shower in the dorm itself.

When I walked in it was a fun welcome, nice music, people enjoying themselves. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. She gave excellent information and when I checked out she was as friendly. The room was clean and true to the theme which I really liked. It's an easy to find location with great access to the centre and public transport. I appreciate as well that you can open a window

Nice, quirky hostel / hotel. We had a standard double room, creatively decorated . Comfortable bed. Location is perfect, in the centre.

“A great gem in the heart of the city with hospitality galore”

The room was great, and it was nice to have a window overlooking Prinsegracht. Loved the crisp sheets and duvet cover. The staff in the reception area were lovely. The breakfast was excellent value, and the coffee was barista-level. The bar even offered a cocktail of the week, which I did not have (I only stayed one night), but given the standard of other services, I am sure it would have been great. Staff were supportive and helpful, and cheerful. Even though I was travelling alone, it didn't feel that way, which was nice. And yet, I still had space to be alone when I wanted it, which was also nice.

Close to the city centre, my room had a private, fully equipped bathroom, which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff were all very friendly.
