Very good location, close to the main attractions and public transport. Communication with the host on WhatsApp was very fast, and access to the key in the lockbox by the entrance was easy and convenient. The property also seemed well and professionally managed, and overall the experience was positive.

Noise, noise and noise. If you want to sleet find another place

“Awesome, would recommend for small sized groups”

To give some overall context: we were six girls traveling for study purposes and this was the most affordable offer at the time of searching. The room for six has one bed in a separate room and one bed in the common area + a spacious sofa. Even though there is one bathroom, we still managed to split the time efficiently between the six of us. I have to say all of us were very happy with our stay. - The room was very spacious (more than we imagined) and we managed to fit all our luggage (all of us had checked in bags, some even additional bags) - It had a cool chair hanging from the ceiling - It was cleaned every day (apart from the weekend) - The owner of the property was always online and extremely helpful with assisting with the invoice issuance (since our case was a bit more specific) - The location of the place is extremely central (right next to Mauritshuis), which was perfect for us since we had to walk to the Leiden Uni campus only 10-ish minutes - The price point was truly incomparable to anything I had searched for at the time (I booked in October for June) and the place truly exceeded my expectations with view of that I would totally book this place again if needed.

“Would not recommend to family with young kids or older People”

To start the stairs too steep and should carry a health warning . The shower tray kept getting blocked The noise from the bars down stairs very loud could get no sleep until after 3 AM

“Great value for money and great location”

the location is great, super central ! the room was big and clean, shower was also big and clean. the room was even cleaned during our stay. it is true that there is a bar downstairs, with earplugs you hear nothing. without earplugs - you do hear it but we could watch a movie for example before going to sleep and the noise level was fine. we did go one of the nights to the bar ourselves and it is a nice typical bar

Room was very cosy and clean. Perfect for a romatic getaway. Hotel is in the center, so all the shops and restaurants were nearby. We are deffinetly comming back.

Everything you need to stay over in The Hague, clean, comfortable, easy to check in and out. We stayed in a room at the street level and were a bit worried about the noise but in fact that wasn’t a problem at all despite being right next to a bar. The location is excellent.
