Great location Rooms were spotless Bed was extremely comfortable We were able to leave our bags whilst doing the Thakhek loop with no issues I was ill the morning we were due to check out and staff allowed us to extend our stay with no problems and stay in the same room

“Well, okay…”
Charming colonial Hotel. Beautiful, neat dark wood. Spacious and tidy with historic flair. Okay breakfast. Ginger chicken is either very good or „well…okay“.

“Comfortable Stay for a Short Visit”
Everything was good overall. We only stayed one night, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shower was small but worked well and had good water pressure. Breakfast was simple but ok (eggs with bacon upon request, 2 sorts of fruit, instant coffee, toast with jam and butter). Would have stayed here again if in Thakek.

Great little hotel on the Mekong River. Staff are always very friendly and the establishment is kept extremely clean everytime I visit. Quite reasonably priced considering the location. Would recommend to anyone staying in Thakhek who wants a room near the river. Added bonus is the markets (which usually has live music, drinking/eating area) is just a short walk away.

“Lovely riverside location, great character and friendly staff”
Good location on the riverfront with friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable with quiet air conditioning. The bathroom was a good size with a slightly separated shower. Breakfast was limited with not much choice but was more than enough for our needs
