We had an excellent 2-night stay in NB Hotel & Spa! Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. A huge appreciation to the hotel supervisor Gzim, who exceeded all our expectations when we arrived. He was incredibly welcoming, professional and made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. He personally gave us phenomenal local dining recommendations. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, efficient, smiling and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was great, the service was top-notch, everything was perfect! Highly recommended!

“Best hotel to spend a rainy day and/or relax”

Really nice hotel, not necessarily for its location (but it's ok if you have a car) but for its infrastructure: a great pool, two saunas, a jacuzzi and I had them all for myself during the hours I spent there! There's a bar and restaurant and the food is great, both in the evening as the breakfast. The hotel manager was really nice and the rest of the personnel too. It's easy to park in front of the hotel. I recommend NB Hotel & Spa to all travellers passing through or visiting Tetovo.

An Outstanding Experience – Our New Go-To Hotel! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t praise the team enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and continued to show exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Every day, they kindly checked in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and were always ready to help – from arranging taxis without hesitation to offering assistance with anything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable. Our room was spotless thanks to the housekeeping staff, especially our cleaner who did an incredible job – everything was always fresh and tidy, and the room smelled absolutely amazing. The restaurant also deserves a special mention. The team there was extremely respectful and friendly, and the food was delicious. We never had to wait long, even when we ordered meals to our room. The value for money was excellent as well. We truly felt at home and left completely satisfied. This will now be our regular hotel whenever we visit our hometown. A heartfelt thank you and full respect to the entire team for making our stay so special!

“The winter vacation everyone must have”

The room was very clean and comfortable and the spa facilities were included in the price. The location of the hotel was very good as we could visit by private car , the ski ⛷️ center in Tetovo(35 minutes driving distance)and during the night Skopje(50 minutes driving distance)

No one was speaking macedonian.

Staying there was a wonderful experience, starting from the hosts who were very kind. The place was very nice and the room was clean. The fact that we could use the spa until 00:00 was great too. Everything was on point!

“A superb hotel to stay in Tetovo”

Nice place with good staff, great food and a good location. The only downside was the extra facilities like the sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish baths which were out of order (only swimming pool was ok) for which we paid extra to use them. Overall a very good stay, clean rooms, plenty of fresh towels and nice restaurant/bar. Would definitely go back again.
