The rooms were much larger than what we could see from the photos. The bathrooms were also very spacious and well equipped with rain showers and first class amenities. The breakfast was tasty and included a large variety of different breads, spreads and cooked eggs. Everything was fresh and well presented. Our stay was great and the best part of it was the excellent service provided by our host. He welcomed us warmly and he was very accommodating. He spoke good French and Spanish so communication was easy. We are grateful to him for going the extra mile and we recommend Villa Mati to everyone who wants to discover Tetuan city centre which is just 10 minutes away by car or needs accommodation near the airport which is 5 minutes on foot.

Very beautifully styled Villa! Rooms and bathrooms are big and equiped with everything you need and extra’s. The pool is small but very refreshing on a hot day. Breakfasts are elobarate. The staff is the best. Location, easy to reach and parking in front of the door

Nicely decorated, tasteful house in a quiet area. The suites are very spacious and clean, the bathrooms new and luxurious with abundant towels and even bathrobes. Beds are the comfiest we've found in Morocco. The owners are very friendly and sweet.

One of the best accommodations we ever had! Spacious,, clean, bright and comfortable private appartement with huge bathroom, lovely terrace with garden/pool view, sitting area and large bedroom. Very quiet. Our host, Youssef, did everything to make our stay perfect. The breakfast, served in a Riad like setting, was opulent with different kinds of fresh bread, pancakes, fruits, confiture, honey, butter etc. Absolutely nothing left to wish for. Highly recommended!

The place is well located and with an amazing staff. They were super accommodating and made us feel at home. The host is an incredible guy with top recommendations and went above and beyond for ensuring that we were enjoying our stay. Did I mention that you can go walking to the airport?

The house was charmingly decorated with a mix of classical Morrocan and modern style. It had a lot of charm, was conveniently located close to the centre and was easy to find and to park near. The accommodation was spotless and the beds comfortable and more importantly the host was friendly and welcoming, making my stay a pure pleasure. It was the best of Moroccan hospitality with all the comforts of a Western hotel.
