The riad is very very local to all the amenities and sight seeing locations! The main reception area was beautiful. A time piece. Mosaics from walls to floors. The riad was generally very quiet (maybe due to it not being tourist season) didn't have any soft background music. But I enjoyed the peace. The breakfast was nice. I got to choose from a selection from a set menu. Was a lovely breakfast as was the lady making it. Location seems like back streets, dark and eerie but in actual fact the people are so helpful even when getting lost, they redirect you and it's much much safer than it appears. I soaked in the traditional beauty of the narrow streets and busy lifestyle.

The staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Room was comfortable and the roof terrace was a relaxing space.

L architecture La medina

The hotel is in old town, near medina and Palais Royal is only 5 minutes waking. The room and the hotel were nice, with nice architecture and clean rooms. The personal was friendly and help me with all information needed. Was also possible to let my luggage in the reception before I left and to make late check-in. They have also a nice terrace up.

the staff were so good that we feel we now have a good friend in Tetuan :) The location is walking distance to all attractions and is amazingly on a very quiet street despite being in the middle of the medina. The staff (especially Mr. Alae) accompanied us and advised us (and even took us out for a drink) from the moment we landed in Morocco until the moment we left. Arranged all our transfers to Tetuan and also Chefchaouen. and breakfast was very good. It is Moroccan style.

It was an amazing 2 days stay with bab el fan Riad. The entire staffs ( reception, & cafe service) are very polite. They made my stay more happier with best service. The interior design is really really amazing!!! which made my stay much more happier than expected.. We will hope to see you soon! Thank you team !!!

Cute and beautiful riad in the heart of the medina. The young woman at reception is friendly and a wonderful help. She also communicates well about check in as the riad is in the medina and not easy to find the first time. The roof top terrace is lovely along with the morning breakfast. Wish we had had more time to explore the medina>

Hello, My daughter and I found the place just perfect. It was a last minute booking and we were enchanted with a musical, friendly, comfortable Riad...I would have liked to stay longer but we had to follow our travel schedule. I highly recommend !!!

The riad is in a very good position, in the Mellah of Tetouan. the room was big and the bathroom also very big (with a bidet which I consider definetly a plus). You have the possibility to choose a breakfast which was good and abundant. The riad also host events and there was one when I was there. To me it was not a problem also because all ended at 11pm. May be this is something that could be made known in advance to the guests.
