Stayed here last minute as our bags got delayed at the airport. Everything met our needs - it was clean, close to the airport and Luca was welcoming and helpful.

“A comfortable overnight stay close to airport”

Comfy beds! Really appreciated the water left in the room and the ability to check in ourselves at 1am after our flight arrived. Bathroom was suitable and towels provided. We walked from the airport and it was pretty convenient, just be mindful there are certain areas of the path that aren't well lit. Not sure I would feel comfortable as a lone woman walking so something to be mindful of. Very convenient for us though arriving to the airport at midnight!

A huge plus of this place is that it's a 20-minute walk from the airport. The area is quiet and beautiful. We were lucky to meet Luca right away upon arrival, as we arrived after 1:00 a.m. It was a pleasure talking with him. He showed us to our room, showed us around the house, and advised us on inexpensive travel to Venice and where to have a delicious and affordable breakfast. He also left us some goodies of rolls, croissants, and a couple of bottles of water. We were very happy we chose this place, and we were also very happy to meet Luca. We'll definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Fabulous value and staff

The place is in a calm & quiet area close to the airport. There are regular buses to Venice. There are places to eat nearby. Luca is a true gent and drops the odd F-bomb for fun. Good guy, great place to stay. Recommended!!

The room is actually better, than on pictures. Close to bus station and restaurants. Walked to the airpirt about 20 mins.

Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood. 20 minutes walk from the airport. Luca is a very friendly and helpful host who welcomed us and recommended an excellent restaurant and a nice walk along the lagoon. Easy and swift correspondence.
