Everything was excellent! The host Barbara is incredibly kind and welcoming, explained everything in detail, and shared lots of useful tips and insights about the area. The breakfast was very tasty, and the location is very convenient — close to the airport. Highly recommended!

“Nice B&B Hotel hotel with great owners”
That is the B&B Hotel situated in a Super Location just near the Airport. We love this place. Owners were very attentive. The place was comfortable. There was also a free parking place for our car. And the Airport car return center is situated just one minute from this place

Really beautiful accommodation, super easy access to venice (10 minute walk to bus, then 20 min bus in) and ofc marco polo airport is only 5 mins away, so perfect for an overnight layover too. The owners were lovely and even packed us a delicious breakfast sandwich so we could take it on our early flight.

“Great place to stay.”
Great communication from the hosts with plenty of tips for Venice and surrounding areas. Hosts are very approachable. The place is clean and quiet and located far enough to hear any noise. Rooms are large, spotless and new with all required facilities.

“Practical and quiet.”
The location is very close to the Venice airport so we were able to relax without worrying about having sufficient time to return the rental car before our flight. The hosts are very kind and generous. Very quiet location, perfect for a good night's rest before flying out.

An OK breakfast, the basics and some great coffee to start the day with. The location is spot on, we landed late at night and it is only a 6 min drive from the airport. We were welcomed warmly by the owner.

“Wonderful Hosts”
The hosts were very kind, generous and accommodating.They let us store our luggage before check in time. Breakfast was delicious. Barbara prepared whatever breakfast you chose.The setting was beautiful and the property and the room was very clean. Location was close to a bus stop to get to the airport or Venice. If you prefer a taxi to the airport the hosts will call for you. Thank you Barbara and Matteo for making us feel very welcomed.

“A quiet hidden Gem”
What a gem of a find to stay near Venice. Barbara and Matteo were wonderful hosts who did everything they could to make our stay better. Thank you. From bus tickets to Venice on day one, ordering a taxi to catch an early flight and an excellent breakfast. I would stay here any time I was in Venice. 😀😀😀

“An ideal house in the countryside near Venice”
A very beautiful, new, and cozy house in the countryside. Convenient location for both visiting the historic part of Venice (20 minutes by bus, one-way ticket price 1,5€) and departing from Marco Polo Airport (approximately 40 minutes on foot). The apartment is perfectly clean, and stylish. The bed is very comfortable, and the linens are snow-white. The view from the panoramic window is stunning. Very hospitable host. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Venice.

“Beautiful quiet stay”
Super quiet and beautiful area. The house is fully renovated so everything is new and clean. Everything is a 10 min drive by car, so convenient location. The hosts were exceptionally nice and nothing was too much for them. Super attentive and friendly. Bed was comfortable and the rooms had everything you needed. Great breakfast too!
