AVOID AT ANY COST- BOOKED A WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL- AND I HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION WITH CHECKIN REQUEST FOR 2AM. EXACTLY 5 HOUR BEFORE MY DEPARTURE FROM LONDON- RECEIVED ANOTHER MESSAGE SAYING WE CANT ACCOMMODATE YOU BECAUSE WE BOOKED THE ROOM AND DATE WRONGLY- I TRIED TO CALL N CHECK BUT ALL FAILED- I HAVE ASKED THE BOOKING.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO INVOLVE IN THE ISSUE- THEY FOUND THAT MY BOOKING WAS PERFECT AND ALL WITHIN DATE TIME ETC/ I HAD TO PAY DOUBLE THE COST TO FIND ANOTHER ACCOMMODATION DUE TO MIDNIGHT ARRIVAL AND NOT MANY HOTELS OFFER LATE CHECK INS- IT HAS RUINED THE WHOLE TRIP AND BEEN MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AND STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND BACK FROM BOOKING. I HAVE PROVIDED ALL THE EVIDENCE STILL NO LUCK FROM BOTH BOOKING.COM AND THIS ACCOMMODATION. SEEN SOME REVIEWS ON BOOKING.COM BUT CHECK GOOGLE REVIEWS TOO. AS PER BOOKING.COM- THEY STILL HAVENT RECEIVED AN UPDATE FROM THE HOTEL- BEYOND UNREASONABLE

I didn’t stay because hotel was fully booked and they helped me to find another place to stay but they didn’t refund me as they promised. The owner asked me to write an email. I wrote numerous of emails but still didn’t receive any response.

We booked this “hotel” through Booking.com and paid in full in advance, only to arrive and experience one of the worst and most stressful situations imaginable after a long journey to Venice. First of all, this place does not even look like a real hotel. When we arrived, the owner barely spoke English and there were elderly Italian women speaking only Italian to us, making communication impossible. Despite having a valid booking confirmation and full payment already taken, they refused to let us inside the property. We were left standing outside in the yard with all of our luggage behind the locked main door. They would not even open the entrance for us. After travelling for hours, exhausted and expecting accommodation we had already paid for, we were treated like unwanted strangers. The owner then told us there was “no space available” even though we had a confirmed non-refundable booking. It became very clear they had either overbooked the property or were running some kind of scam. While we were there speaking with the police, another group of guests arrived and were told exactly the same thing. Yes, we had to call the police just to try to access the accommodation we legally paid for. Even the police confirmed that with a valid booking confirmation there should not have been any issue. Instead of resolving the problem professionally, the owner accused us of being “rude” simply because we asked to enter the property we had paid for. I never raised my voice once. To make things even worse, Booking.com told us they needed written confirmation from the property owner that the booking had been cancelled before they could process any refund. Of course, the owner completely ignored Booking.com and refused to respond, meaning we lost our money entirely. Because of this disaster, we had to urgently find another hotel at additional expense, plus pay €52 extra just to get there. This place is absolutely not trustworthy.

Rosa was a fantastic host, very welcoming and helpful with organising transport for us to get to the hotel and then Mestre station the following day. The room was very clean and comfortable, and she was constantly available on WhatsApp for any requests. I highly recommend staying here.

I arrived late at Venice airport so the location close to the airport was good. I used the shuttle service that they provided and this worked well. The host was friendly and made sure I had the information about how to get to Venice the next morning. The room was basic but clean and met my expectations.

The kettle in the room was a nice touch. I also appreciated that the hotel offers a transfer option, since the location is difficult to access otherwise.

We stayed here for one night after missing our flight, and we were really lucky to find this place😬 The location is very convenient, about a 15-20 min walk from the airport. The hotel also offers a shuttle service, which is especially helpful if you have heavy luggage) The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. She explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable right away🥰 The room was very clean and cozy, with everything we needed: a hairdryer, shower gel, soap, and shampoo. There were also several sets of warm blankets and pillows, which made the stay even more comfortable. There is also a shared kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi connection. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay before or after a flight. You can really feel that the owners care about their guests☺️
