“The apartment was not available at the day of check-in”
I booked this apartment 10 days before my trip. The owner called me in a few hours before the check-in and told that the apartment was not available. They offered another one in the same building. It was very short notice so we didn't have much choice and agreed to stay in that one. That apartment was not that nice and it was cheaper but the owner didn't tell anything about the price. Only after I checked the price of this new apartment on the booking-com and called back asking about the lower price, they confirmed that it was cheaper.

Absolutely lovely appartment. There is everything you need. Good location. It's not my first stay in this flat and I would come again.

everything was perfect , facilities, clean , and perfect people met me in time . I have forgot my AirPods there and sent it to me in the same by the post . recommend it highly !
