Fabulous! I won't spoil the surprise. Just go and enjoy Palmira House. My partner and I had great fun staying there and can't wait to go again. Technical bits: comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchen (we cooked a lot). Beautiful decor. Warm and welcoming. Third floor with lift access (but small staircase on ground floor). Very good location in city centre. This is really a unique property in Terni. Spacious, very clean and well equipped apartment. The building has an elevator and is located both very near to the train station and the center of the town. There is also a good supermarket two blocks away. The self check in/out process is extremely easy, through the guidance of the owner. And here should be mentioned his presence, since Marco has a great personal attitude towards his guests. He had left us several compliments before arrival and was always providing advice and information on where to go in Terni. Very kind host, indeed. Do not miss Palmira House for your stay in Trevi and around!

Marco is a very friendly and helpful person (with a whole written guide of things to do and try out in Terni) and easy to communicate with (even if it took us a long time to reply to his initial mail). We stayed in Terni for a few days because we were invited to attend a wedding and we specifically chose this location because of the self check-in option: very handy as we were coming in very late. We had travelled for some hours, without break, and with some hiccups along the way, so it was very heart warming to be greeted with some crisps, cold water and even prosecco! The apartment itself was very clean as well as cosy and well equipped: we were able to iron our clothes for the wedding! The apartment is situated close to the city centre and even walking distance from the train station, so it is ideally located in Terni.
