Serious warning before booking! The room had a terrible smell, with dampness, mold, and spider webs. No air conditioning, no shampoo, and not even a small fridge. Staff were unhelpful. I had to leave after one night even though I booked two. The cancellation policy was unclear, and neither the hotel nor Booking helped. Honestly: I don’t recommend it at all. Not suitable for staying.

“Couple with a new puppy”
Staff was very flexible and helpful. We have stayed with a puppy and had a very late check in and very early check out. They were supportive.

“Good 3 star hotel in Terezín, Bohemia”
The staff were very friendly and helpful once the language barrier was overcome. The room was bright and comfortable and overlooked a small park. The bathroom was clean and had the basics, including a good shower. The hotel is centrally located with free parking at the door.
