it is a really nice place to stay. staff was really kind and helpful every time i turned to them with any sort of questions or requests. i also really enjoyed the dinners there, the meals were genuinely delicious so i went there the whole stay. the room could have been a little more spacious but i still had a comfortable stay there.

“A beautiful stay - spa is well worth a visit for R&R”
I will definitely be back to this hotel. The front desk / concierge couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. The room was perfect. The spa was better than some 5* hotels I've seen in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The food was all lovely. The location - a bit further away from local amenities but we had a car so didn't matter. Nice hiking routes on the doorstep. Overall a lovely stay.

Very friendly and helpful stuff, we went one night out and asked to pack dinner for us, they were very accommodating to do so. We had a great lunch next day. Also great value for money.
