liked the extra activities especially the amazing sound bath. I didn't get a chance total a yoga class. I did get a massage and that was really beneficial. Although i do not speak much Spanish, the staff was very helpful to help with translations.

The view was amazing!!! The room was good, only the matress and the pillows were unconfortable. There were not enough drawers.

After being in the city this was a wonderful escape. The views are incredible, there are very nice pool areas, there were beds available and space to relax so we weren’t over crowded. There was service from the sunbeds so we enjoyed some food and drinks in the sun. Definitely book in for a massage, we had the 50 minute relaxing massage, it unlocked a whole new level of relaxation, we slept so well after that. We also had a lovely dinner overlooking the mountains. Really a very beautiful place to stay, I would come back again. We were gutted we only booked one night!

The resort is exceptionally located, the view is superb, the design of the property flows with the surrounding nature, so you never feel that you are in a hotel. More than a luxury hotel, it is a place for healing and resourcing oneself. The staff is very attentioned and well trained. The spa is wonderful (try the Deep tissue massage!). Two little points that could be improved: firstly, I never got really hot water in the shower (which may be due to using solar energy to heat up the water?), and while the property-wide wifi was very good, I did not get wifi in my room (located at the bottom the property in the Jardin de la Luz). It did not bother me, quite the opposite, I enjoyed being disconnected while in my room, but some other guests may find this a problem. Overall, I would say this is one the most special places to stay in Tepoz. I liked it so much extended my stay by one night.

You might like to tell reception staff (one woman in particular) that this hotel is supposed to emanate peace, therefore haughtiness and indifference are not well received by guests.
