“Lovely, well-situated vacation home”
The location of the house is great. The warm springs in Permet, the old town of Gjirokaster and the beautiful Peshtura waterfall are all well within reach. The house is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The host Lusien is kind and quick to respond. We really enjoyed the mountainview.

“Relaxing spot for your ideal vacation”
A very unique villa with a cozy & interesting design inside and a very peaceful background at the garden providing a panoramic view and relaxing atmosphere by the river. We loved being here and enjoying the professional barbecue standing at the garden. The host was extremely helpful and understanding. The villa was easy to find by the instructions the host gave. We had fun and enjoyed our stay. We absolutely will come back.

Situated close to Tepelene, great place to make small trips to the surrounding area or just to relaxed Tepelene. House is well reachable by car, on foot it's a 2,5km walk from town. Great communication with host. Nice view to beautiful river valley

Lui´s Appartment is in a perfect location with the private beach at the beautiful, clean and refreshing river. We had an amazing Pizza from the stone oven fireplace and als a BBQ! Both fantastic. Garden and appartement is nice an well equiped.

A Magical place! Very pleasant to stay at this unique villa offering what we was looking for, a peacful , antique and private place with wonderful views in the front and backyard. Super friendly villa for large group of friends but also for a couple that seeks intimacy. Thanks to the host that made us much easier to find it and explained us things we needed to know about the city and villa for an unforgettable stay. I suggest it to everybody and can’t wait to book it soon!
