We really struggled to chose a place to stay while hiking in Durmitor. There were at least 100 A-frame properties and you will also see that when you arrive, they are popping up everywhere. I don't think that we chose the best one, but I also think that a lot of them have the same issues. Sleeping loft was Instagram vibes with a view of the beautiful mountains (and the big road and some not so pretty fringe development) from the bed. Comfortable bed and cozy duvets. Kitchen was ok to cook simple pasta dishes. Small patio space in front of the front door was nice (but we felt quite on display there since it's directly on the walking path to the other cabins.

The cottage is very nice and in a good location. The upper floor is warm and comfortable. A few things need some improvement, as it has the potential to be great accommodation.

This was typical house of that area - we chose it, because it looked quite modern and spacious enough for our family. And so it was. Fireplace made this place also cozy and warm.

Located a few kms outside Zabljak the small, brand new complex of 3 separate units sits in the shadow of the Dumitor mountains and are equipt with everything you need..Magdalena was always just a call away to solve and answer any query.
