“For me a great stop-over having arrived to Temuco by plane before my onward car-journey to Pucon”
Stayed here for one night having arrived by air on way to the Lake District by car. Really good stop-over catering for everything I needed. Helpful staff despite the language barrier. Nice garden and pool. Useful location next to a super market. Handy that there's something I could buy to eat in the evening in the hotel. Breakfast good.

“comfortable stay”
It's what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express, very neat, and properly kept. It wasn't noisy even thought it's high season and was clearly full. Easy parking as always. Had a lovely garden with pool, and Jacuzzi. The room was comfortable for the whole family.

Hotel served me only for sleeping and early breakfast as I was on business. Very helpful staff. The room was big and comfy but with age elements being present.

“Best hotel in Temuco”
This our second stay in this hotel and we can’t love it more. The room, the king-size bed is one of the best beds ever. Parking is great, breakfast is excellent, stuff is friendly and super helpful. Also there is a great restaurant “Don Camarón” just 3 minutes walking just after the Shell. Highly recommend this hotel.
