“Could not check in”

Due to the fire there was an electricity outage, it was all dark when I arrived. The guy could not check me in nor open the door. Had the find another place way more expensive after midnight. You would expect they give you the money back automatically or in response to messages on booking.com but not so far

“I’ll never stay there nor will I let my company use your facility.”

Did not have it.I made a request from the front desk and the first thing they said was we don’t bring anything up you’d have to come down to get it. Not a good way to impress future commerce.

The host that evening was an elderly woman. She was very patient, kind and professional. She met all my requests with what the hotel had to offer. I liked the cleanliness of the room. It smelled clean. Non smoking is the best! The area around the facility is clean, quiet and peaceful.

very disappoint in my entire experience.. There is so much to say. I don't have the time. No service from anyone. front desk never picked up our calls. could not even get the toiletries need. you advertiesd items in the room and there was absolutely nothing. I could go on but I won't

Staff was extremely friendly/ helpful. Clean room and grounds.
