Excellent modern and clean facilities and room. Rooftop terrace very relaxing.

The kitchen is well equipped. Room quiet and comfortable. In safe neighborhood. Owner checks on the place several times a day so I feel safe. She is responsive. Only about 4 blocks to bus stop to Las Palmas or to Playa del Hombre for Ruta Sanmao whose house there is only 15 min away by bus. Roof top patio excellent for relaxation early in the morning or in the evening. I am sure in the afternoon too but I was never there at that time.

I absolutely loved my stay. The privacy of my room was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Having my own shower and toilet was brilliant. The bus stop was a one min walk up the hill to go North (Las Palmas) whilst the stop to go South (Playa del Ingles) is less than ten min walk. Supermarket is a one min walk and the town centre is a five min walk. I especially loved the cat sanctuary a quick walk away that housed two local cats, where they are fed, watered and cared for by the local people. I genuinely loved my stay in Telde and the location of the property was perfect for my needs.

Cheap room

I did not seem to be expected but this was soon resolved. The door codes were easy to remember. I was glad not to have to worry about keys. The owner is elderly but active and concerned to meet her guest`s needs. She lives between 2 floors of guests so needs peace and quiet. Especial care needed with the door to the solarium which tends to `clang` before you expect it to. My fellow guests on top floor were very quiet and assured me that I did not disturb them though it is not possible to boil a kettle in silence. The owner put me in touch with a bi-lingual friend and we corresponded in our respective languages. This saved me having to bother her much. I liked the fact that the establishment was simple and used by local working people.

Liked how easy getting into the room was.everything was clear. There were plenty of kitchen utensils to use, clean sheets, towels, good water pressure in the shower everything you need.

“Excellent short stay”

It was modern, with personal access code to the room. There was enough parking space available a short walk to the south of the apartment, which is good news if you have a car.

Comfortable and clean

Great value for money. A v convenient and comfortable stay, with all the necessities in the room, insuit shower and toilet.
