“A perfect stay”
The rooms, facilities, and breakfast were all absolutely fantastic. The hotel is in a perfect location right by the sea, offering amazing views of the beach and the Tel Aviv skyline. There was a billing error at checkout where we were mistakenly charged twice, which took some time to sort out. However, the management team was very nice in the end and went out of their way to make things right. We really appreciated their final efforts to resolve the issue and ensure we were happy.

The location is excellent, I was just expecting a little more for the price. Gilad was amazing and upgraded my room which was a lovely touch but even with the upgrade it just seemed a bit worn and old.

“Wonderful and Unforgettable”
Beautiful authentic hotel 🤩🤩 Very friendly staff 😍😍 They responded to all my requests and inquiries, prepared my room early, which was very important on a holiday, and also allowed me to extend my room for a few hours at no extra charge 💞💞💞 And of course, I can't forget very nice and delicious birthday cake my daughter received 🍰 The hotel has unique architecture, convenient location and a gorgeous sea view 💖 I’m sure I’ll return to this amazing hotel and I want to spend more time there 💗💗💗 Thanks 💝

“Overall, a fantastic experience, we would gladly return.”
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was amazing and very spacious, with an outstanding view and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was really nice, offering great variety. All common areas were spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and luxurious. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. A special thank you to Mr. Ziad and Mr. Gustavo, whose willingness to go above and beyond truly contributed to making our stay exceptional.

The construction!!!!! They wake me up at 7:30 AM We couldn’t sleep. It was very loud. They didn’t told us they have an construction We came back home very tired 😞

“Not clean at all”
Dirty and sticky hotel, I was disgusted to put my bare foot on the floor of the room, location is great but the hotel truly needs help, this is not a 5 stars hotel at all.

“A fantastic way to spend the last two days of our trip to Israel”
Excellent breakfast – and particularly lovely the day we could eat in the courtyard. The more experienced staff were particularly outstanding – the French guy on reception (sorry we don’t know his name), Elizabeth on reception and the head of security were particularly helpful
