A very unpleasant experience. First, we were not in this apartment that we paid through Booking, but the local agency told us two days before our arrival that we could not stay in this apartment and offered to stay in another similar apartment because there must be hostages in this one, which we accepted with understanding... the apartment had only an electronic lock with a code, after 2 days, in the middle of the night we heard someone typing in the code, an unknown man entered the apartment, obviously knowing the code of the building and our apartment, he unconvincingly said that he had been in the apartment before and that he had come to check if he had received a package... he left, we called the police, who carried out an investigation, they were very kind and advised us to ask for a refund and leave the apartment because we are not safe... the woman from the agency that I immediately called rudely said that maybe their guy from the agency came to our apartment by mistake (after midnight, without notice?). In the morning I communicated with a man from agency, (we have already moved to another apartment in the morning, on the advice of police) he said that it was not their employee because they finish all activities at 8 p.m., he promised that the least he could do was to return our money for the remaining days... of course he did not answer my calls the following days, they never returned our money... definitely avoid this agency
