The location was very nice, and the room matched exactly the pictures. There was also very good communication with staff ahead of our arrival.

Nice room, loved the balcony. Good there was a shared kitchen. We didn't cook, but could use the knifes and spoons to eat some fruit and cut it.

“Nice studio with shared kitchen”

I booked in last minute when I landed to tel Aviv . I was pleased how quick they could prepare for my studio . Had small balcony , bed was just tooo comfortable Stairs to get up can be a bit difficult I had help so was no issue good work out / cardio . Shops , restaurants are close by . It’s shared kitchen so you can hear people going in / out . Host was kind in helping and assisting .

“Great room with great location and reasonable price”

Spacious, air-conditioned and comfortable room with private bathroom and a balcony in the very centre of Tel-Aviv, right next to Meir park (and a bomb shelter). It has a 24/7 AM/PM supermarket right across the road from the building entrance and a number of nice cafes for breakfast in the vicinity. Shower gel, shampoo and towels are provided, as well as the kettle and a fridge. Cups, glasses, plates and cuttlery are available in the common kitchen.

The location of the facility is very good. There is easy access to everything. The business owners were very interested. There is a small bazaar to close to the hotel... It is very easy to reach everywhere. Also, the HOTEL is very clean and peaceful. There are fire extinguishers, this is important... So everything was great...

I had a great stay at the hotel! Everything was clean and comfortable. The manager stayed in touch with me throughout my visit, which was very helpful. During our stay, the towels were changed, and the service was excellent. The balcony had a lovely view of a beautiful park — it was a perfect place to relax. Highly recommend!

Great location close to everything. I had a small problem with one of the cabinet doors. They promptly repaired it and gave me a room upgrade for my last four nights.

It's a small but really nice and clean room in a great location. The bed was really comfortable. Contact with personel was really smooth. The only thing - the light in a room is a bit annoying. I felt a lack of good quality lamp next to the bed. But it's not a big deal.

Nice location, close to the Dizengoff shopping center and just 10-15 min walk to the seafront. Clean and cozy room

Overall a good stay - and the property is in a great location near Dizengoff. The staff were responsive when a few things didn't go to plan (door code didn't work initially, air con and fan instructions). It might have been helpful if there was more info available for items such as the air-conditioning and fan. A few things need more attention - the main shower doesn't work properly (so had to use the hand held shower), one of the towels was quite worn out. And the entrance stairwell really needs some decoration and restoration. But overall a good stay.
