Great place to spend the night without over-paying My second time there. Great place. Perfect for one person who needs to stay in TLV for a night or a couple of nights for a small amount of money. The place has: bed, tv, cattle, microwave, shower, toilet, wi fi, small table, air-conditioner. The owner was in touch and sent the instructions how to get into the place.

“Be careful. Scam. Owner won't give you the information to check in, nor answer your messages/calls.”
The owner is not serious. He was supposed to give me the details to enter the appartment on the check in day, which he did not. I waited an hour outside the place and the owner didn't answer my messages or calls. I ended up having to book another place. The owner ended up replying at 8PM at night, lmao. And came up with fake allegations and even claimed to booking that I refused check in.

“The place has its vibe. Perfectly located. Great place for people who travel on there own and dont like to over-pay for”
Location is really good. The center of TLV - 2 min from Kikar Rabin. There are stores, coffee shops in the area. The place is small but it has all you need to spend the night.

The place was very moldy. My clothes had a really bad smell after that and I got sick. I would advise to not stay more than one night because it can be dangerous.

“Overpriced”
Overpriced, the photos feel like the place is much bigger and tidy, but in fact the place is very small, old and not very tidy.

I specified late check-in, but the owner didn’t consider my request! Nobody called me for a confirmation. Finally I couldn’t check in, however I had paid this apartment for all days in advance. Unfortunately, after a long flight I was forced to search another place to stay. I have asked this property to make a refund, but nobody answers… They just cancelled my request. I was charged for nothing!! So I do not recommend this property!
