“Wonderful”

Location , great levels of service - housekeeping came a few times in the day. Breakfast area across the road on the sea is stunning! Rooftop pool and bar gorgeous . Nothing not to like

Everything was great Location is perfect, hotel has been renovated, rooms are beautiful and spacious (I got upgraded and was on the 12th floor) Breakfast is amazing with lots of options, healthy and fresh food Staff is really kind and efficient

Could have slightly more welcoming ground floor - more couches, some games for people to play like chess. Also - provide a few basic beach things - like beach bats.

The service and comfort provided by the staff are of a very high standard. They put in a lot of effort, are attentive, the room is clean, and they are exceptionally friendly and warm.

My stay at the Carlton was simply perfect. The hotel amenities are magnificent, the location is perfect, the breakfast is exceptional, the rooftop pool is incredible and offers a breathtaking view of the entire city and the coast… Most importantly, I felt right at home. The service was incredible, simply perfect, and the hotel employees, all genuinely kind, always attentive and at your service, made me feel at home, like a member of their family. I must say that I have never experienced such a wonderful vacation, anywhere I have been. All my congratulations and respect go to the Carlton team in Tel Aviv.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Carlton. The standard of service was absolutely excellent and the quality and variety of foods offered at the breakfast and the Friday night dinner is simply outstanding. The dining area offers superb views of the beach, is bright and airy and it was always easy to find a table. Our room was spacious enough and very comfortable and, although we had booked a room with only partial Seaview, the view we were given was beyond our expectation.

We particularly liked the location of the restaurant for breakfast overlooking the beach. Overall the staff were friendly, and helpful. The Lounge on the top floor was well furnished, laid out and comfortable. The roof top pool was small but never too busy. We thought the free ice lollies was a good idea, especially as the weather was very hot. The restaurant manager even went out of her way to get some medication from the nearest pharmacy, having forgotten to bring. Over and beyond!

Clean hotel, good choice of food and very friendly staff. Rooms were cleaned and made up early every day and there was always someone to help if needed. The staff round the pool were great.

I’ve always liked this hotel for its position on the beach, right next to the Hilton Beach which is I think the best beach in Tel Aviv, and right opposite the Gordon pool which is superb for training. This time I stayed in the newly refurbished rooms which have been given a real makeover and much more luxurious. One cannot stay at this hotel and not mention the breakfast! It is in their restaurant overlooking the beach, ranks as the top two or three breakfast hotel I’ve ever stayed at anywhere in the world
