“Amazing experience”

We just got back from Rixos Premium Tekirova. It was an amazing experience, especially with a kid. From the moment we entered the hotel until we checked out the service was perfect. We want to thank the teams who made everything smooth especially Tamerlan and Cem bey, Yagmur and Merve hanim from Guest Relations and Nidal bey from the reception team. The Rixos Premium Tekirova resort is a dream for families with pools, facilities and daily activities that kept our child happy all day. Huge thanks to Sherifa hanim as well. She organized kids shows and mini-discos that our child looked forward to every day. Seeing her energy, warmth and dedication to the kids was beautiful. A big thanks also goes to the Rixi Kids Club team for their great care and enthusiasm. Everyone was helpful, attentive and kind always going out of their way for us. Rixos Premium Tekirova won us over with its grounds, great food and world-class entertainment. We will definitely come back, to Rixos Premium Tekirova!

Having visited Rixos Tekirova twice before, my family and I have always left thoroughly impressed by the service and the overall experience. Last year, an unfortunate incident left us hesitant about returning; however, after being personally assured by the resort team that they would do everything possible to make our next stay exceptional, we decided to give it another chance. We are so glad we did. The team went truly above and beyond, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank a few individuals in particular. Cansu Namdar - thank you for welcoming us so warmly and for embodying Rixos hospitality at its finest. And to our butlers, Polina (who is simply irreplaceable), Koray, and Ata - your dedication, attentiveness, and ability to resolve any query within minutes made our stay stress-free. We stayed from April 22 to April 29 and had a truly wonderful experience. It was our first time visiting in the early season, and we absolutely enjoyed it — the weather, the atmosphere, and the more relaxed vibe made the holiday very special. Everything was excellent: the food was outstanding, drinks were top quality, service was impeccable, and all the à la carte restaurants were perfect. A special mention to Rixy Kids Club — an absolutely fantastic place for children. The variety of activities is impressive: robotics, art, dance, ceramics and so much more. It’s not just a kids club, but a creative and inspiring space where children are genuinely engaged and happy. Our child loved it! A very special thank you to Anastasia from sports activities — sending you hugs and our gratitude for your energy and warmth! Also many thanks to Polina and Koray, our assistants, for all their help, care and attention throughout the stay. Your support made us feel truly looked after. Rixos Premium Tekirova exceeded our expectations, and this early season experience convinced us we would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

“As we had big family/relative group 12 pers,first time, it was really good vacation for everyone.”

The main restaurant have a buffet tables for breakfast,lunch and dinner,so plenty of food to choose. Ala carte restaurant have their own menus, and excellent food.

As a guest at a premium 5-star hotel, I have certain expectations regarding service and professionalism, which were unfortunately not met during my recent stay. Due to a clear oversight by the staff, we were unable to dine at the à la carte restaurant. What was more disappointing than the error itself was the management's reaction; there was no genuine attempt to rectify the situation or offer a viable solution to the problem. In a luxury establishment, such a lack of accountability and proactivity is unacceptable. Superior service should be the standard, but in this instance, the guest experience was completely disregarded.

Kids Club- the program, staff and cleanliness! Ice cream in patisserie, Starbucks (even tho there was a long queue all day), the beach beds and a modern gym. Flexible hours to swim in the pool. Sports bar had a great choice of drinks. Breakfast was really nice as well, a lot of healthy options for all of the meals. We had a great server in turquoise restaurant, I believe his name was vedat🙏🏼

Beautiful location of the hotel, located close to the cliffs and immediate access to the beach. Overall, some parts of the hotel were still closed, due to the season, but the open areas were nice and relaxing.

“Great Nature Retreat Near Phaselis”

The hotel is beautifully surrounded by orange trees and forests, making it a perfect base for hiking, especially trips to Phaselis. The food was generally good, even though we visited during the winter season.

“Wonderful”

Everything was wonderful! The food was delicious, and the à la carte restaurants were also excellent. We especially loved that there were so many sports activities, all with a beautiful sea view. The kids’ club was great — lots of fun activities for children, and our child truly enjoyed spending time there. Special thanks to our assistants, Kaan and Yagmur, who were always in touch and helped us with everything.
