Two Stars Hotel very clean and comfortable. Polite Staff. Close to everything you need

I recently had the displeasure of staying at this hotel and feel it necessary to share my experience in the hopes that future guests can be spared the disappointment I faced. Water Issues: A basic amenity one expects when staying at any hotel is access to hot water. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to provide this fundamental service as the boiler was not operational. This already posed a significant inconvenience, but what was truly alarming was the fact that I experienced an electric shock upon touching the shower! This is not just an oversight, but a severe safety concern that needs immediate attention. Cleanliness: Cleanliness should be a non-negotiable in the hospitality industry. My room was far from meeting even the most basic cleanliness standards. The floor was adorned with stray hairs and the general condition of the room was unkempt. Such lack of attention to cleanliness makes one question the overall hygiene practices of the establishment. Bedding: After a long day of travel, there is nothing more one looks forward to than a comfortable bed. However, the sheets provided were still damp, which not only is uncomfortable but also unsanitary. To sum up, my stay was riddled with issues that no guest should ever have to encounter. I urge potential guests to reconsider their choice and for the management to address these concerns immediately. It's essential for any establishment in the hospitality sector to prioritize the safety and comfort of its guests, and based on my experience, this hotel has failed to do so.
