This was the best stay we had in whole Mexico. Even though the electricity was cut off for a couple of hours when we arrived, the personnel helped us with candles and everything we needed. Bathroom in the bedroom is a HUGE plus. We were very comfortable. The bed is amazing, the shower is convenient and it doesn’t have windows going outside, so the noise from the motorcycles was not too loud. Highly recommend! They have very nice breakfast with fresh juices in the lobby too!

We highly recommend William Hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff extremely helpful. The adjoining restaurant, La Americana, has very good food. We at there twice. The rooms are a bit small but beautifully decorated and well appointed. The toiletries provided are top notch. The shower is wonderful.

Beautiful boutique hotel! Everywhere you look around there’s amazing little details that make the space feel chic and unique. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff is lovely, always happy to help, they made our stay so pleasant

We choosen this hotel due to the short walking distance to the centre and photoes, without realising the noise issue. Rooms are small but confortable. Kind staff. Note: Parking available for a fee. Breakfast is not included.

Stylishl, friendly and well placed hotel! A lot of effort is put into details, getting the hotel keys as bracelet, valet service, night sweets etc.etc. Can recommend to stay here for everything!

Design, materials and finishings are very tasteful and of high quality - truly deserving the description 'Boutique de Diseno'. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bar has a good selection of alcoholic of and alcoholic drinks. The staff is lovely and helped me book a fantastic riding excursion (with Mister Chuy owner of the 'Rancho La Mision' en Juliantla) and posted trousers that I had tailored in a local shop... Hotel William is the sister hotel of Agua Escondida and you have free use of its facilities (i.e. pool). Agua Escondida is just around the corner. It might be worthwhile checking out Agua Escondida (also very good but less 'design') as a better value option.
