The location is the best, easy to get park with a variety choice of cafe and the room is superb with spacious toilet and tv with various channel to watch. Need to point out the spacious toilet, love it.

“The cost is cheap, suitable for solo or couple traveling, but not suitable for family with seniors.”
The toilet always in wet. Not suitable for older persons, very slippery. Water heater not functioning well in one of the room (Room 107). Rented 4 types rooms, most of them having the same issue, the toilet's always in wet condition not suitable for senior citizens. The stairs for the development not equally height for some steps, this will cause injury easily. The staircase lighting not lighting up in ground and first floor. This probably due to the renovation works in ground floor shops (CKS supermarket).
