“A little slice of heaven”

This hotel is a little slice of heaven situated in a very authentic little town in Apulia. The staff are extremely friendly and warm. Anita, Anthony and Maria were fantastic during our stay. The pool area with jacuzzi and gym feels like a little luxurious oasis. The pool area was never full and there were plenty of sun loungers. It is a very peaceful area- so much so, that we ended up cancelling a few trips so that we could enjoy the hotel a little more. We were delighted to be upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a lovely surprise after a day of travel. The food in the restaurant in the evening is delicious and very traditional. The breakfast is ok- everything you expect from a normal continental hotel. You definitely need to rent a car to get around the area to the beach’s and larger downs like Gallipoli and Lecce. Parking is easy and free on the street outside the hotel. There is a fabulous pizzeria around 5mins walk from the hotel that had some of the best pizza I have ever had. We hope to visit again.

Everything it was perfect Pool, bedroom bed restaurant breakfast clean Great staff. Close to beautiful beaches. Square was lovely with great people who were very friendly and lovely Italian restaurants and bars.

Hotel was cosy and clean. Staff was really helpful and kind. Breakwast was excellent and lactose and gluten free diet was well taking care off.

“Relaxing, Luxurious Oasis in Southern Italy”

We had the most wonderful stay at Relais San Martino. The property itself is beautiful, elegantly decorated with so many lovely details. The room was spacious and clean, and the courtyard, pool and surrounding gardens calming and really well kept. The staff - Miriana and Anthony in particular - were so helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The restaurant is exceptional, and Luigi the chef is hugely talented. We had a 4 course meal and every single element of it was perfect - simple, Italian flavours done in a creative and delicious way. Luigi, himself, made sure that we were very well looked after and the whole experience surpassed all expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, luxurious but unpretentious stay in Southern Italy. Thank you so much to the whole team for SUCH a wonderful experience.

Very professional staff ( reception , restaurant , etc ) Authentic hotel. Pool with gym ++ Dinner was gastronomic . Of course breakfast is excellent. By car , you can visit easily all the main sites in the south of puglia

“A great stopover on our tour of the Salento .”

An old house beautifully converted. On arrival we received a welcome drink and a warm welcome from Antoine who couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was fresh , clean and very comfortable. We received a recommendation for a pizzeria that proved to be a real winner.

Every detail counts. All is well designed and building is really nice. Room is very big and clean, but specially comfortable.

We truly enjoyed this magical place. Relais San Martino is an authentic and charming hotel. Staff is very attentive, and the quality of the food is extraordinary. Our favourite spot was the seating area near the lemons tree. Very relaxing after a day on the beach.
