“Value for money”
We stayed here for the first time 4 years ago and we were very satisfied with both the rooms and the breakfast. It was very nice to come back. The location is wonderful: next to the river, with lots of greenery, and at this time of the year you can see ducks. A very peaceful and beautiful environment. The room was clean, tidy and very warm, which was important because it is quite cold outside. However, overall the price–quality ratio is good. We will definitely come back at the end of the month when we are in the country again.

“Great for relaxing.”
The location was fantastic. located next to a river. Great for some relaxed walking and sightseeing. Staff was very helpfull and the room had an amazing view.

Awful stink of toilet from the drains in the bathroom. Was all over the room all night. Also, I DID ask for a balcony room to the river. What I did not know was the immense noise the "waterfall" made all night! And no earplugs available. Hard to blame the hotel for noise from the nature, but had the reception been manned, then I would have asked for another room further away from the river and waterfall-noise. The stink - get it fixed!

This is the sort of hotel that has all the potential to become a top accommodation, considering its location, views, building architecture, and so on. However, things become a bit disappointing once you step your foot inside of it. Regardless, it may be seen reasonable for a stay up to three nights, as it was my case. Breakfast did not have so much options, but still perfectly good. I would specially highlight the sympathy of the staff, namely the recepcionist who was always very helpfull and willing to support.
