The sink and the toilet were not working. There was no running water, so we had to use a bucket of water to flush and use the bathroom. There is an induction stove in the apartment, but the pots provided are not compatible with it. As a result, the stove cannot be used at all. We tried several times and none of the pots would heat up. The television in the living room was not working. We discovered that the problem was simply that the remote control had no batteries, yet they never bought new ones, leaving us without a working TV. I reported all these issues about 30 minutes after arriving at the apartment and also sent videos as proof. They kept sending polite messages but never actually fixed anything (again, they didn’t even buy two batteries for the remote control). Eventually we left the apartment, and now they are no longer responding on WhatsApp.
